Rosemary Márquez (born circa 1968) is an American lawyer who has been nominated to serve as a United States district judge on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Márquez earned a bachelor's degree in 1990 from the University of Arizona and a law degree from the school in 1993.[1]
From 1994 until 1996, Márquez served as a public defender in Pima County, Arizona. From 1996 until 2000, she served as an assistant federal public defender.[1]
Since 2000, Márquez has worked in private law practice in Tucson, Arizona, focusing her efforts on federal criminal defense.[1]
On June 23, 2011, President Obama nominated Márquez to serve as a judge on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, to fill the vacancy created by the decision by Judge Frank R. Zapata to take senior status.[2]
Márquez's nomination currently is pending before the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary.
